Why I work by Referral

I am working hard to build a relationship based business.  I like working with people I know, admire and respect and who also value my service.


Why? Because Relationships are more important than transactions

Traditionally agents work with clients to help them buy or sell a home and the relationship ends when the client moves into their new home. I have chosen not to work this way because I believe my friends, family and clients deserve more. That is why I work from referral.

I spend less time prospecting for new business because most of my new business comes from referrals. This allows me to spend more time serving the needs of my clients. This helps me to deliver exceptional service before, during and after the sale. I strive to set myself apart by staying in contact with clients after they have moved by providing valuable information to them about home ownership. I also invite them to attend informational seminars at my office covering a wide variety of general interest topics.
